An income tax is a tax imposed on individuals or entities that varies with respective income or profits. Section 12A and Section 80g An NGO and Donors can avail income tax exemption by getting itself registered and complying with certain other formalities, under The Income Tax Act 1961. Our organisation registered with these Acts and any donation to our organisation meet the requisite Income Tax deduction as per law.
NITI Aayog is developing itself as a State-of-the-art Resource Centre, with the necessary resources, knowledge and skills, that will enable it to act with speed, promote research and innovation, provide strategic policy vision for the government, and deal with contingent issues. NGO-DARPAN is a platform that provides space for interface between Non-Government organizations (NGOs)/ Voluntary Organizations (VOs) in the country and key Government Ministries / Departments / Government Bodies. It started out as an initiative of the Prime Minister's Office, to create and promote a healthy partnership between NGOs/VOs and the Government of India. We are proudly part of the initiative.
The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways is a ministry of the Government of India, that is the apex body for formulation and administration of the rules, regulations and laws relating to road transport, transport research and in also to increase the mobility and efficiency of the road transport system in India. The apex body runs for Administering Road Safety Advocacy progamme through NGO and we are proudly registered with the same.
The Ministry of Women and Child Development, a branch of the Government of India, is an apex body for formulation and administration of the rules and regulations and laws relating to women and child development in India. The apex body runs several progamme through NGO and we are proudly registered with the same.
FCRA has been enacted by the Parliament to consolidate the law to regulate the acceptance and utilization of foreign contribution or foreign hospitality by certain individuals or associations or companies and to prohibit acceptance and utilization of foreign contribution or foreign hospitality for any activities detrimental to national interest and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. We have applied the same and still under process.
